Sketch Saturday and One Stop Craft Challenges

Hello! Here's another spring time card I've made using my lovely new stamps from Flourishes. (From the Garden) LOVE these stamps! The sketch is for the Sketch Saturday Challenge (a very fun sketch) and the theme is for the challenge at One Stop Craft: Let it shine. The shiney portion of my card is the the orange paper behind my stamp. Its from DCWV's Citrus pack. It is very shiney and sparkly! The DP I've used is Basic Grey Two Scoops: Dreamsicle. The pink paper is CoreDinations Love Potion. I've used Copics to color my stamp and two flower brads with a gem in the middle to accent the green strip (which I Cuttlebugged with Swiss Dots)
Thank you for looking today!

Jazzy Paper Designs #1 and a prize Give Away!

Hello! Happy Saturday to you. Here is my card for Jazzy Designs very first challenge! This is a color challenge based on the album cover shown above. We (Jazzy Designs) have a fresh new look and DT! I am so excited to be a part of Tenia's first challenge!

The sweet love bird stamp I have used is a Digi Stamp from Soft Pencil Digi Stamps. They have a great selection well worth checking out! They are also giving away $15 credit for the lucky winner of the challenge to spend at the SoftPencil Store!

And the smaller stamp is from Stampin Up! figures of speech. I've colored my love birds with Copic Markers. I used Spellbinders die cuts for the oval and circle punch. And then some little black brads to finish it off.

hey, thanks for stopping by. have a great day!

A new Challenge blog and DT Call!

Here is my entry for the design team call at a really cute blog called Nutshells. Clever and fun name, huh? The stamped image was a freebie from them with a sketch to follow. The stamp is oh so cute, isn't it? I really had fun with the sketch too, though it was a challenge to find so many papers to go together well. BUT, with Basic Grey to the rescue, I think I've come up with a pretty flattering design for this great image.

Charisma Cardz Challenge #7 and Sparkle Creations Christmas Card Challenge #12

Hi. Today I made a card for the Charisma Challenge (Hugs and Cuddles) and I used the sketch from the Sparkle Christmas challenge. It feels good to get some Christmas cards done ahead of time. This was a great sketch, I just flipped it to accomodate the image.
Charisma Cardz prize is some lovely watercolor paints. They are also looking for some GDT's!
Stamps: Penny Black, colored with Copic Sketchers and watercolor pencils, and a clear stamp from a Holiday set
Paper: Paper Pizazz Snowflakes
Thanks for taking a gander!
