Friday Sketchers #48 challenge

Here is a card I made for this weeks challenge at Friday Sketchers. I really like the sketch! It was fun to do. I used a Penny Black stamp on Neenah paper and then some pieces of scraps to fit the sketch. I colored the cute little butterfly with Copics. The sentiment is a peel-off sticker and I also used some stickles to accent. I've made an envelope to match.
thanks for looking!

Card Positioning Systems 111 Challenge

Hi. My son's birthday is next week and I chose the sketch on CPS to do his card with. He is an assistant project manager for a commercial construction company in Dallas, TX. I am so proud of him! And he and his wife are expecting their first baby (our first grandchild!!) I used vellum to print the lyrics to a song on the front of this card. I made my "blueprint" paper from a google image. I made the tags with Nesties and cut out images that I thought were appropriate for his job from google.
This was a fun card to make. Hope you enjoy!

Mojo Monday Challenge 82

I've made a card for the Mojo Monday sketch. The sketch is really a nice one. I made this card for a friend of mine who lost a family member. The pansy stamp is Penny Black, the sentiment is Paper Inspriations. I used Neenah paper to stamp on and Copics to color the flowers. I do not know what brand the DP's are, I've had them loose in my stash for a while. Hope you like my interpretation.

thanks.

Caardvarks Challenge

The sketch callenge this week is by Heidi. It's really a nice sketch: simple with lots of possibilities! The prize this week is amazing!

My stamp is by Abracadabra which is stamped on Neenah paper with Tuxedo Black ink, and colored with Copics. The Scripture is printed from my computer. The Cardstock is Bazzill Cameo (really yummy and rich). I used a ribbon by American Crafts Elements. The edge is cut with Fiskars Scallop scissors.
Thanks for visiting today! And thank you Caardvarks!
